One Month Prior
We’ll schedule a meeting with you to go over all the details of
the wedding day.
The Week Of
We are at your service the entire week of your wedding. We’ll
contact all your vendors to confi rm the wedding day timeline.
We will also
pick up any wedding accessories or decorations from you at this
time so you don’t have to worry about getting everything where
it needs to go.
The Rehearsal
We will direct your wedding rehearsal together with your officiant
to ensure that all members of your wedding party know the fl ow
of the ceremony.
The Wedding Day
Two coordinators will be there for you, your guests, and your
vendors all day. We are the first to arrive and the last to leave.
We will take care of:
- Setting up accessories such as favors, programs, place cards,
and candles at the ceremony and reception sites
- Greeting vendors and coordinating with them to make sure
everything is on schedule
- Pinning boutonnières and corsages
- Last-minute cleaning
- Directing the processional and recessional of the ceremony
while cuing your musicians
- Assisting in photo session and ensure it is efficient
- Transferring floral arrangements, guest book, etc. from the
ceremony to the reception
- Ensuring guests are taken care of while awaiting your arrival at
the reception
- Timing at the reception for cake cutting, toasts, special
dances, and tosses while coordinating with your caterer and DJ
or band
- Administering “exits” with petal tosses, sparklers, bubbles, etc.
- Packing up food and cake for you to take with you at the end
of the night
- Delivering payments to vendors
- Taking all your gifts and keepsakes to a designated car, hotel
room or home
- Returning accessories to vendors such as a cake stand or floral
vases
