Let us assist you for the rehearsal and wedding day only. It is fun to
plan a wedding yourself, but you don't need to be doing everything
on your big day. You and your families need to relax and enjoy the
moment.
On Rehearsal Day:
We will direct your wedding rehearsal to ensure that all members of
your wedding party know where to be, what to do, and when to do
it.
On the Wedding Day (Two Coordinators will be present):
- Ensure the decorating of the ceremony and reception sites is done
properly and in schedule.
- We will work with all of your vendors to make sure everything is on
schedule.
- Set up programs, guest book, and light candles.
- Set up favors, napkins, and other accessories.
- Pin boutonnières and corsages.
- Last-minute cleaning.
- Make sure everyone in the wedding party is dressed, unstressed,
and ready to go.
- Send the parents and bridal party down the aisle, while
coordinating with and cuing your musicians.
- Assist in photo session and ensure it is timely.
- Ensure guests are cared for and entertained while awaiting your
arrival.
- Direct timing at the reception for cake cutting, toasts, special
dances.
- Administer "exits" with bubbles, sparklers, etc.
- Pack up food and cake for you and your families to take with you.
- Deliver final check payments to vendors.
- Lastly, we will stay after the reception and pack up all your gifts,
keepsakes, and decorations and take them to your vehicle home.
